Seemingly defying gravity, the Alfredo Vase in light green glass is a striking piece of work with or without flowers. Its pleasing bulbous shape inspires creativity in flower arranging but looks just as good alone or in a group of other vases. Designer Alfredo Haberli’s joy in his work is clearly visible. His pieces for Georg Jensen are sculptural and sensuous but always with a sense of humour and a strong character. This quality has earned Haberli a legion of fans worldwide. The Alfredo vase is made from mouth blown glass. The green colour is unique to Georg Jensen, having been developed in close collaboration with Glafo Glass Research Institute in Sweden.
